Family Style Chicken and Seafood in Glasgow

Pleasantly surprised. Local favorite place and great family atmosphere. Good portions and food was cooked perfectly. Waitresses were attentive and very nice. Might be a new favorite of ours. We'll try them again soon.

Crab rangoon was yummy, and loved the fried okra. Price cannot be beat.

The first plate is teriyaki chicken and fried rice. This fried rice was very mushy like it had been steamed for way too long. The second plate is suppose to be awake chicken and fried rice. Never has I been serve sweet and sour chicken with sesame sauce just poured on top and top even completely covering it. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the crab Rangoon was good. I ate literally 2 bites, one of rice and one of chicken. I did not touch my plate after that. Never once did anyone ask of everything tasted okay. I threw away $23. Never will I go back here again.

Good food. Not what I was expecting, but the food was good. Especially the cat fish. The menu was more Asian style fare instead of a typical family style restaurant. Good service too and a decent price.

---I refused to pay for something that I just received for FREE a few minutes ago!!! ---- On Monday, July 19th at 6:30pm I ordered chicken strips and the 8ct crab ragoon with sweet & sour sauce with 24ct crab ragoon to go. Near the end of me eating my meal the 24 crab ragoon was brought to my table. I asked for some sweet & sour sauce to go with me and the Japanese guy was trying to charge me almost $3 for it! He said, "the sauce is free if you eat here but we charge if you get it to go". I refused to pay for something that I just received for FREE a few minutes ago!!! 2 STARS because the food was good but the level of professionalism here is nonexistent.

This place was packed when we arrived, and after receiving our food I had no idea why. While the prices look good, the food tastes like it was either microwaved or from a can. I love catfish which was my reason for going, but barely ate any of my plate because it was do bad. I gave another star because the waitress was friendly, but I certainly wouldn't return. Chef Ramsey needs to overhaul this place.

I I had the shrimp and scallops and my husband had the shrimp the food was good had Asian style flavor, extremely burn your mouth hot when served, good sear on the vegetables and decent price. The wait staff were fast and friendly. The booth style seating comfortable and enough room to move the table to accommodate large folks.

Drove from Russell Springs to eat they have 300 post on the website got there at 225 they said they was not serving people the lady was ruled wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Walked into a very casual space feeling that the dining choice may have been wrong. We were asked to sit down and the wait staff would be right with us. They were a tad delayed but not long enough to be uncomfortable. Ordered Fish, Chicken, Coleslaw, Rice, and French Fries. EVERY MORSEL was outstanding in preparation and flavor! We were very happy with our dining choice!

Arrived at 2:44. They close at 3. Was turned away. Watched others turned away. Good food but poor business. I drove a long ways to be turned away when I was not late.

we typically enjoy coming here, however today the tuna was a little overcooked but still tasty. Of course my husband had the catfish, and that was delicious as always.

This is just about the strangest place in the world - it's a no-frills fried chicken and seafood (and catfish) place that also serves... wait for it... Japanese and Chinese cuisine. As nutty as it sounds, the food is pretty fantastic and a regular place for me. You won't go away hungry, and the quality of the asian cuisine is above par for Glasgow, KY.

We like there chicken fried rice with peas, carrots, onion, egg. The special sauce is wonderful. Not expensive.

If I could give zero stars - I would, I feel one is stretching it. The only consistent thing about family style is their inconsistent customer service. I swear the place off for months, revisit it when they have once again an entirety new staff hoping for the best just to be let down again. The food is mediocre and the service is less than that. I'll be back in a few months to get that taste of defeat once again because let's face it, it's Glasgow and we have very limited options.

Really great local restaurant. They have everything from Asian offering to fried catfish. My favorite is the hibachi chicken with their white ginger sauce. Oh so good! I'm getting hungry just writing this review!

Recently discovered this little hole in the wall restaurant and it has quickly grown to one of my favorites. Very cheap, very quick and friendly staffing along with great food make it hard to beat.

Place is ok. Definitely after reading the reviews thought it would be better. Had just one server in the whole place and she was running like a chicken with her head cut off. Do not drink the water... taste like water hose water. I will not be back. Server was nice but I wouldn’t recommend.

So better than shotguns and cheaper as well.

Eat there at least once a week! Ask for judy, shes the best server ever!!!!

Normally , really good food. This time not so good vegetables in my dish were basically raw. Stood at door 5 min's before I even saw an employee. Hopefully it was just today, but will be awhile before I come back most definitely.

I really wish I could post the picture....We are out for dinner. We are just eating and talking and I just so happened to look over and saw a roach crawling on the wall. We get our waitress attention to let her know what’s going on. She gets another guy and he is wanting us to pay at least half the bill. I said sir I’m sorry but we was not even able to eat half of our food. He walks away and comes back who I’m guessing is the owner. I start to inform the owner on the issue and he immediately starts telling me to get out and not to come back and if I do come back he would call the police. I informed him that I don’t eat at places that have roaches crawling around where food is being served. ***Bad Customer Service***If I could rate this less I would.

This was our first time eating here. We will go back to try their Asian entrees .
